Created in the musical genres of electronic/world/ambient/ dance music the producers have weaved a magical blend of exotic live instruments and soul inspired female vocals with phat funky bass lines and dance rhythms and stunning ambient musical lansdcsapes.

Each track has been created around the breath rhythms for each chakra, to inspire the dancer to breathe into, activate and purify each chakra.

In the 34-page booklet that comes with the CD, Antara shares the keys to natural ecstasy as a path of personal awakening, healing and transformation.

The booklet includes detailed information about the power of breath, the human energy system, body mind consciousness, emotional healing, raising kundalini, the psychology of the chakra system including beautiful graphics, diagrams and double pages for each chakra, with the specific breaths and dance journey guidance.
