"A Journey through the 7 Chakras"
The Kundalini Dance Workshops are two-hour sessions where we dance through every chakra in one session. We begin with the base chakra and complete at the crown chakra. See the Dancing the Chakras page for more information about the Chakra System. These sessions are a high-powered ecstatic dance workout for body, mind and soul. You leave feeling clear, energized, peaceful and aligned in higher consciousness.
These sessions are a great way to be introduced to the work and are great weekly practice for those who have completed an intensive self-healing training and want to continue regular chakra clearing and activation to maintain their amplified energy levels, clear fear based emotional build up, create optimal health and strengthen the love within and bathe in the light of inner ecstasy.

Kundalini Dance Levels 1 - 3
Level 1: Integrating the Emotional Body
| The focus of this training is for participants to have a good working understanding of the chakra system and its connection to the physical and emotional body, thru direct experience. This is experiential learning where the participant embodies the concepts being taught, through diving into their own self-healing transformational journey. |

Level 2: Exploring Core Issues - Integrating the Mental Body
The focus of this course is for participants to have a direct experience of reading the Mental-body layer of the energy field and its relationship with the chakras and discover how it links into the functioning of the physical body.
The emphasis is on mentally integrating the shamanic clearing and cellular ecstatic experiences.

This workshop is for those who have attended a Kundalini Dance - Self-Healing Training Level 1: Integrating the Emotional Body, and want to go deeper into the understanding of core issues and subconscious patterns that are holding you back from living at full potential at this time. We will be working with the Kundalini Dance keys of rhythmic pranic breath, dance-movement, sound and shamanic journeys to gain insights and align the mental body layer of the energy field.
The workshop is set up either as an eight-week course, where we journey into one chakra per evening after an initial introductory evening, or as an intensive over one weekend, beginning on Friday evening completing Sunday evening.

Level 3: Tantric Healing Dance
In this workshop we will focus on sexuality as a gateway to higher consciousness. We will explore the essence of Tantric teachings, through cultivating our own sexuality and raising it through the body. In this training there is a deep spiritual focus as we strengthen our connection with source. We will focus deeply on healing any sex chakra issues on both an emotional and mental level, and explore the potent healing and transformational energy of this watery, sensual yet powerful alchemical force in our bodies.

This workshop is only open to those who have completed Level 1: Integrating the Emotional Body. You do not have to have completed Level 2 to do Level 3. This workshop is dance-movement workshop and is done fully clothed. The emphasis is on developing tantric-healing keys and strengthening your inner wholeness. This work is also suitable for those not in sexual relationships or choosing celibacy at this time.
This work is shared as a residential workshop over one weekend.

Antara also works with clients one-on-one, with hands on therapy, to release both physical and emotional tension that is held in the body that may be causing fatigue, discomfort or disease. Her intention with clients is to support physical rejuvenation, emotional healing and the clearing of core issues that are often the cause of muscular tension and disease.

Antara works with a combination of various healing modalities she has trained, in including Hawaiian-Kahuna Bodywork, meridian massage, chakra therapy, breath and sound work, counseling and light energy healing. To facilitate a clearing of core issues that are often the root cause of ongoing stagnant energy Private sessions with Antara usually last up to one and a half hours.

Kundalini Dance Events
At the Kundalini Dance events Antara and the Kundalini Dance Collective co-create a multimedia chakra dance journey. The events are usually put on by a collaborative of artists, musicians, DJ's, moving visual graphics and ritual dance performers.
The Kundalini Dance events are set up as a conscious shamanic dance party. Where the dancers are inspired through the breath keys and the music to explore the shamanic levels of dance and reach states of ecstasy naturally. These events are different to the workshops as the keys are shared in an indirect way through the use of technology, performance and multimedia.
The events have taken place so far in Sydney, London, Amsterdam, L.A and Byron Bay, often on Full Moons or Equinoxes and have been called Club Kundalini, Ecstatic Dance Temple, Earth Dance or the Chakra Journey, Return to the Source. With larger groups of people from 60, 200, 2000 and up to 6000 people attending, these events are always fun and a huge success.

This 8 day retreat is for ALL those who want to deepen their experience of Kundalini Dance and integrate this modality into their lives both personally and or professionally. The main focus of this training is ones personal transformational journey, it is a life changing experience.
**This 8 days process is a pre-requisite and apart of the KD facilitator training to be held in Canada as a three part process over the next 9 months. The next part of the training will be specifically for those who want to teach kundalini dance and will be a 5 day retreat in October/Nov 08.
We will be working with one chakra per day.

Three months inclusive
Module 1: 13 day Intensive, March 7th - 20th 2008.

The intention of the training is to train confident, evolved and professional facilitators to represent the Kundalini Dance work globally.
Course Structure
The training will extend over a three month period the first initial phase will be a fourteen day residential intensive on the Central Coast, NSW. The second phase will be a home study period. You will be given a recommended reading list and written assignments.The third phase lasting two months involves the practical application of facilitating workshops. Trainees will set up their own eight week dance courses focusing on one chakra per week. I will be giving on line support throughout this period. We will be setting up a website particularly for facilitators with class structures to download, information updates and an online chatroom. Giving trainees the opportunity to ask on any questions that come up while you are facilitating. The purpose of the website will be to support our ongoing communication and the development and refinement of the work. At the successful completion of all three phases the trainees will be given a certificate of completion of Kundalini Dance Level 1 Facilitator Training. This will legally entitle you to teach under the Kundalini Dance trade mark.
Course materials include: Kundalini Dance Facilitators manual, CD. Each KD facilitator will be given their own web page that is connected into the central KD site to promote your workshops.
Payment for the training will be in two parts. the first part of the training will be $2, 200 Australian. An additional cost between $650 - $750 for the accommodation and food depending on the type of accommodation you choose, there is both private or dormitory rooms available. A deposit of $500 will be required by Jan 6th, 2008. Full payment will
be required by Feb 6th. There is a limited number of places available so I need to be sure of your commitment.
The second part of the training in June will be $700 with an additional costs for food and accomodation estimated around $700 depending on you accomodation choices. There is a choice between shared or private accomodation.
