Dance Events as Planetary Healing ceremoniesOne of the most powerful tools we have for creating positive change on this planet is consciously coming together in ceremony and uniting our intention to generate and emanate positive energy for the awakening of all humanity. When we come together to celebrate being, to share loving positive energy, and embody inner peace, we can actively participate in the shift of collective consciousness from a separation orientated, fear-based paradigm to one based in love and unity. Co-create world peace - generate inner peace When large numbers of people gather, unified in sustained, embodied states of love and ecstasy their energy spreads When the numbers reach critical mass it will have a transformative affect on the vast majority. An enlightened teacher, Guru Maharishi who founded the school of Transcendental Meditation, has stated that when one tenth of one percent of the whole population of humanity focused on world peace at the same time, the numbers would reach a critical mass and we could usher in world peace. At the current population of around 6 billion, that is 600,000 peaceful, loving, ecstatic people.
We can channel in huge amounts of energy when we breathe and dance if we place our focus on re-connecting our divine flow, receiving energy from above and below, until we reach ecstatic overflow. Reconnected we know ourselves as source. When we receive energy through our heart chakras as we breathe and dance we expand the source of light from within, we embody love in every cell. We can consciously expand our auric-field so that the love begins to spread and we connect and unify with other hearts amongst us. As our heart energies link up, they create a vortex, a central pillar of light. As we activate ourselves as breathing, dancing, channeling vortices of light, we connect as one light.
Earthdance is an annual event, which unites dance parties around the globe. Last October over 100 dance floors united globally with the participation of 250,000 dancers. The highlight of the event is when a DJ at every location plays the same track, " The Prayer for Peace" at the same time. Chris Decker, the founder of Earthdance and myself, wrote the prayer. The prayer is like a guided meditation inspiring the listener to focus on peace. I have been involved in seven Earthdance events now and the energy at the time of the global link up is totally expansive. It feels so empowering to feel that sense of unity and oneness. If you were to fly from above and imagine all the dancers connecting around the globe, you would see each event as a vortex, a point of light, each point connected, creating a matrix of light around the globe. The Planetary Grid Just as our body consists of pathways of light, which channel the prana (vital life force), into our bodies that sustains and nourishes our physical vehicle. So too is the earth surrounded and interpenetrated by lines of energy known as the ley lines within the earth and the planetary grid surrounding the earth. The tube torus is one of the primary energy patterns of the universe. There is a great deal of scientific information available to indicate that the tube torus is the best model we have for understanding the basic laws of energy in the universe. Our energy system is shaped like a tube torus, we receive energy through our central energy channel, when we are connected we draw in an upward rising female earth current and a downward, descending male universal current. Our bodies are functioning as a microcosm of the macrocosm of the earth, modelled on the same universal energy patterns.

Through sending the ecstatic energy that we generate into the grids around the earth and into the center of the earth, it automatically channels into the collective consciousness.
